Ridley Looking To Nudge Taxes For Schools

The total proposed real estate millage rate of 40.11, or $4.02 for every $100 of assessed property value, is needed to meet general fund expenditures of $101,742,061, which is an increase in expenses of $3,586,806 over the 2015-2016 budget. Leaders Oppose New Development

The 213.3-acre parcel, bordered by Sproul and Reed roads, is owned by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, which has an agreement of sale with Goodman Properties. The Jenkintown-based company owns and manages 175 commercial properties in Chester, Glenolden, Media and Springfield, Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties and Indiana and New Jersey.
